Terms of Service
These terms cover use of the Pawisper website and account. They are a customer disclosure, not a formal legal opinion.
Who operates Pawisper
Pawisper is the customer-facing name of this service. The operator is a South Korean sole proprietor under the registered Korean trade name 이지경영자문. An English rendering used for payment-provider signup is Easy Management Consulting. That rendering is a translation, not a statement that it is a separately registered English legal name. The public contact for these terms is support@pawisper.com. A business registration number, street address, and telephone number are not printed here because they are not part of this page's source.
The service
Pawisper is a digital service for keeping a private record of a pet's life: notes, photos, videos, and later look-backs you choose to make. It is informational. It is not veterinary, medical, or emergency care. If a pet may be in pain or danger, contact a veterinarian.
Accounts
You are responsible for the account you use to sign in, including access through Google where that option is offered, and for keeping that sign-in under your control. You may delete the Pawisper account from the account controls in the signed-in app. Deletion removes the pet record held for that account. It does not by itself undo a charge already made by a payment provider.
What you submit
You keep ownership of the text, photos, and videos you submit. You confirm you have the right to submit them. You grant Pawisper permission to host and process that material only to operate the service for your account, including private look-backs you request. Do not submit unlawful content, another person's private material without permission, or attempts to break or overload the service. Pawisper may suspend access that is used unlawfully or to abuse the service.
Subscriptions
The planned web subscription is Pawisper Premium at USD $7.99 per month. Checkout is not open, so this price is not a live offer you can buy today. When checkout is open, the subscription renews each month until you cancel, taxes may be added where required, and the payment screen states the amount before you pay. You can cancel from the subscription controls. Cancellation stops the next renewal and leaves access in place through the period already paid. The subscription belongs to the Pawisper account, not to one browser. Card details are handled by the payment provider. Pawisper does not store the card number or security code. If you delete the Pawisper account while a web subscription is active and the payment provider is connected, Pawisper asks that provider to stop the subscription before the account is deleted. Informational limits
Replies about a pet are based on what you have shared. They can be incomplete or wrong. They are not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a promise about health or behavior. Some replies are produced with automated processing. That processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Pawisper name, site, and software are owned by the operator or its licensors. These terms do not transfer that ownership to you. Your pet content stays yours, subject to the permission above.
Law
These terms are intended to be read under the laws of the Republic of Korea, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. A specific court is not named here. Have this page reviewed by your own counsel before you rely on it for a dispute.
