Pawisper respects your privacy. Pet memories are private by default.
Information We Collect
Pawisper may collect your email address, profile details, pet information, photos or videos you choose to upload, and notes you share while using the service.
How We Use Information
We use your information to answer questions, remember your pet over time, notice change when both sides were shared, support private look-backs, and improve Pawisper. We do not use your pet memory to build a public feed.
Product analytics and cost signals
We may record structured product events (for example: a photo was uploaded, a Story preview opened) and estimated usage units for cost control. These signals are metadata. They are not intended to store raw conversation text, raw photo bytes, signed media URLs, or precise location.
Stories
Memory Stories are private by default. There is no public Story directory. Sharing outside Pawisper requires an explicit action from you when that capability ships.
Data Storage
Your information may be stored using trusted infrastructure and authentication providers. Media you upload is treated as private owner media.
Deletion
You can delete individual pets and related chat/memory in the app where that control exists. Full account deletion is available by contacting support@pawisper.com until self-serve account wipe ships.
Third-Party Services
Pawisper may use third-party providers for authentication, hosting, analytics infrastructure, and AI processing. ChatGPT subscriptions are unrelated to how Pawisper calls model APIs.
