Pawisper
Privacy Policy
Pet memories are private to the account that created them. This policy describes the processing the service actually uses. It is not a certification.
Who we are
Pawisper is operated by the South Korean sole proprietor registered as 이지경영자문. Privacy questions go to support@pawisper.com.
Account and sign-in
If you create an account, Pawisper stores the account identity needed to sign you in, including an email address. Google sign-in is offered. When you use it, Google shares the account identity required for that sign-in, such as your email. Pawisper does not receive your Google password.
Pet content
You may store a pet profile and the text, photos, and videos you attach to that pet. Those files are kept in private storage tied to your account. Pawisper uses them to show the record back to you and to answer later questions about what you already shared. They are not placed on a public feed.
Automated processing
When you ask Pawisper to interpret a note, photo, or video, the relevant text and, for visuals, a limited set of images or extracted frames are sent to OpenAI for processing. The video file itself is not sent as the model input. Pawisper keeps the reply so the account can show it again. This disclosure is here because the processing is material. The public product is the pet's record, not a claim about the model.
Where information is processed
The site is hosted on Vercel. Accounts, database records, and private media are stored with Supabase. Sign-in can use Google. Model processing uses OpenAI. These providers may process information outside South Korea, including in the United States. Pawisper does not claim a particular transfer certification beyond the contracts those providers offer their customers.
Product records
Pawisper records product events such as whether a visitor started, created a pet, or opened a part of the product. These events are for operating and understanding the service. They are not intended to store raw conversation text, raw photo bytes, or a precise home address. Connection country may be derived from the hosting network for aggregate reporting. Pawisper does not store the raw IP address in that product event.
Payments
Paid checkout is not open. When it is, the payment provider processes the card or other payment method, invoices, and applicable tax. Pawisper stores subscription status and the paid period, not the card number or security code. Paddle is not processing Pawisper payments at this time. If Paddle later becomes the seller, Paddle's privacy notice applies to the payment data Paddle handles.
How long it stays
Pet content stays until you delete the pet or the account, or until Pawisper must remove it to operate the service lawfully. Pawisper does not publish a fixed number of days for every record, because that automatic expiry is not what the product does. Cancelling a future subscription is not the same as deleting the account. The saved history remains until you delete it.
Deletion and requests
In the signed-in app you can delete a pet and you can delete the account. Account deletion asks you to confirm the phrase DELETE ACCOUNT. If a payment provider is connected and a web subscription is still open, Pawisper asks that provider to stop the subscription before the account data is deleted. If that stop fails, the account is not deleted. You may also email support@pawisper.com to ask about access or deletion. Pawisper does not promise a specific statutory response time on this page.
Security
Private media is not given out as a permanent public link. Signed-in access is required to open another account's files, and those requests are refused. This policy does not claim a named security certification.
