Pawisper
Refund Policy
This policy describes a future monthly digital subscription. Pawisper is not charging customers today, and no payment provider is processing Pawisper sales yet.
Monthly billing
The planned web plan is Pawisper Premium at USD $7.99 per month. It renews automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next charge. Access that was already paid continues until the end of that paid period. Cancellation alone is not a refund of the current period.
When a payment provider is the seller
If Pawisper later uses Paddle for web checkout, Paddle is the merchant of record for that sale. The buyer purchases from Paddle, and Pawisper licenses the software. Refunds for those sales are then handled under Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy, including any statutory withdrawal right that applies in the buyer's country. Paddle's published refund policy is at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. That policy is Paddle's, and it can change. Pawisper does not add a separate promise that every request inside 14 or 30 days is refunded, and Pawisper does not adopt a blanket no-refund rule.
How to ask
Until checkout exists, there is no Pawisper charge to refund. When a charge exists, write to support@pawisper.com from the account email and include the date and amount. If the receipt names Paddle as the seller, use the manage-subscription link in that receipt, or Paddle's buyer support, because Paddle processes the payment refund. An approved refund is returned by the seller to the original payment method. Pawisper does not store the card number.
Rights that the contract cannot remove
Nothing here limits a refund, withdrawal, or remedy that consumer law requires. Those rights depend on where the buyer lives and on whether the buyer agreed to start using the digital service immediately. This page is a customer disclosure, not a legal opinion.
