No. There is no diary to maintain, and no daily homework. Talk when there is something to say. Pawisper keeps the useful continuity.

What if I don't use Pawisper for a few weeks?

Nothing is due. When you come back, Pawisper can still use what you already shared. Time alone is not a notification; a later note can connect to an earlier one if it still matters.

What gets better the longer I use it?

As history grows, it has more context to recognize what keeps coming up, what used to be true, what may be changing, and which moments are worth bringing back — only when the notes support it.
